Vacancy | Project Manager (32-40 hours)

Are you a natural organizer? Someone who keeps a clear overview, brings people and planning together, and gets energy from successfully completing projects? Then we are looking for you. At Trienekens Online, we are looking for a Project Manager who is not afraid to take responsibility and enjoys coordinating between clients, designers, and developers.

What will you do?

As a Project Manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly, from the initial briefing to launch and beyond. You translate client needs into clear plans, monitor deadlines, and act as the main point of contact for both colleagues and clients. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what you enjoy.

• Creating and managing project timelines, especially for websites and digital projects
• Maintaining client communication: coordinating, adjusting, and delivering projects
• Distributing internal tasks and coordinating team members
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with expectations
• Improving and optimizing processes
• Regularly brainstorming with Bram on how things can be improved even further

Who are you?

You do not need to be a technical expert, but it helps if you understand what goes into building websites and running online campaigns. More importantly, you thrive on structure, people, and progress. You think in solutions, communicate clearly, and are confident in making decisions.

• You’re an experienced project manager (or you are confident this is your next step)
• You can efficiently switch between different projects and stakeholders
• You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think ahead
• You show a high level of commitment and take ownership of the final result
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
