What exactly is Meta AI?

Can you disable Meta AI?
Many users wonder whether the AI can be removed. The short answer: fully disabling it is not possible. Meta AI is integrated into WhatsApp by default, and the button remains visible even if you do not use it. However, you can remove the AI conversation from your chat list and enable Advanced Chat Privacy in individual or group chats. This prevents Meta AI from becoming active within those conversations.
In the business version of WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business), the AI button is not yet visible on some devices. This can be a temporary solution if you prefer not to use it. Reliable customer communication ultimately starts with having control over your own channels.
